Exchange and return policy

Yellow Abaya store's exchange and return policy:

• Terms of Use and Service:

1. Yellow Abaya store may choose to accept, reject, or cancel your order in certain cases, for example, if the product you wish to purchase is unavailable, if the product was priced incorrectly, or if the order turns out to be fraudulent. Yellow Abaya store will refund what you have paid for orders that are not accepted or are canceled.
2. All content in the store, including texts, designs, graphics, logos, icons, images, interfaces, symbols, software, and the trademark, is the exclusive property of Yellow Abaya store and is subject to copyright protection.
3. By purchasing or sending an email, you agree to receive any emails or notifications regarding the order from Yellow Abaya store.
4. Yellow Abaya reserves the right to make any modifications or changes to its website and to the policies and agreements associated with it, including the privacy policy, as well as the document for terms and conditions of service, and exchange and return conditions.

• Yellow Abaya store's exchange policy:

1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided to him by the store within three days following the date of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to exchange the product after the passage of 3 days.

2- To exchange a product, it must be in its original condition and the consumer must not have used it or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its condition. The consumer is responsible for the shipping costs if they wish to exchange the product. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.

• The consumer is not entitled to a product exchange or refund in the following cases:

1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications he specified, excluding products that are defective or that do not conform to the specifications specified by the consumer.

2- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer's misuse.

3- If you require special sizes, modifications, or additions, please include them in the notes section attached to the product.

4- The customer is not entitled to exchange the product in the case of special offers

Yellow Abaya store's return policy:

1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product provided to him from the store within one day following the date of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to do so after one day has passed.

2- The return of the product is conditional on the product being in good condition and the consumer not having used the product or obtained its benefit. The store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.

3- The consumer bears the costs associated with the return process. In the case of international returns, the consumer bears the full shipping and delivery costs to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.

4- The customer will be charged 70 riyals for delivery and return in case of a return or exchange request.

5- In the event of a return and the purchase price was paid through the Tabby or Tamara installment service, a 6.5% discount will be applied to the value of the returned items related to the Tabby and Tamara service fees.

6- When a product purchased by credit card is returned, the amount will be refunded to the credit card in the same way within 7 working days, after deducting any bank fees incurred by the company for the customer’s payment process and any shipping fees, if applicable, after the shipment has been returned to the Yellow Abaya store warehouses.

7- The cost of your international order does not include taxes and customs duties in your country, so you may need to pay additional fees depending on your country's procedures.

The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:

1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications he specified, excluding products that are defective or that do not conform to the specifications specified by the consumer.

2- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer's misuse.

3- The customer is not entitled to return or exchange the product in the case of special offers (National Day - Founding Day - Back to School.....etc., and seasonal offers).
