Yellow Abaya store's exchange and return policy:
1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided to him by the store within three days following the date of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to exchange the product after the passage of 3 days.
2- To exchange a product, it must be in its original condition and the consumer must not have used it or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its condition. The consumer is responsible for the shipping costs if they wish to exchange the product. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications he specified, excluding products that are defective or that do not conform to the specifications specified by the consumer.
2- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer's misuse.
3- If you require special sizes, modifications, or additions, please include them in the notes section attached to the product.
4- The customer is not entitled to exchange the product in the case of special offers

2- The return of the product is conditional on the product being in good condition and the consumer not having used the product or obtained its benefit. The store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.
3- The consumer bears the costs associated with the return process. In the case of international returns, the consumer bears the full shipping and delivery costs to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
4- The customer will be charged 70 riyals for delivery and return in case of a return or exchange request.
5- In the event of a return and the purchase price was paid through the Tabby or Tamara installment service, a 6.5% discount will be applied to the value of the returned items related to the Tabby and Tamara service fees.
6- When a product purchased by credit card is returned, the amount will be refunded to the credit card in the same way within 7 working days, after deducting any bank fees incurred by the company for the customer’s payment process and any shipping fees, if applicable, after the shipment has been returned to the Yellow Abaya store warehouses.
7- The cost of your international order does not include taxes and customs duties in your country, so you may need to pay additional fees depending on your country's procedures.
